Gasoline and Money are Needed by Everyone

Two of my favorite stocks right now are Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM) and Bank of America Corporation (BAC). Everyone needs gasoline and money. These two business are always in favor. They are fundamental to our society. Don’t you think that these two companies will still be in operations twenty years from now? If you do, buy them when they are depressed. BAC particularly is in the doldrums now. It has a dividend yield of 5.4% based on todays close of $47.23. What are you earning on your money now?

Stock Sale Today

The stock market fell by 2.26% or 311.50 points in the dow. A lot of good companies were battered today. In reality the ‘worth’ of companies does not change by much on a daily basis. However, the current price is the perception of ‘worth’ by the holders of the stock certificates. Look for good quailty stocks and buy them while their price is depressed.
